Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the unit-based leadership team. The nurse will supervise nursing operations of a unit, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to policies and standards. The role supports staff development and patient safety across shifts.

If needed, collaborates with the Manager/Director to address operational challenges and maintain optimal care delivery, staffing, and regulatory compliance within the unit.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with relevant experience.
• Current GA Registered Nurse license or Multistate license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Color vision as required by unit responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing operations of a unit and participate in 24-hour responsibility when Manager/Director is unavailable.
• Work with unit-specific patient populations to maintain quality care standards.
