• MSN or Master’s degree in a closely related field.
• 8 years of nursing experience including 5 years of progressive management.
• Strong leadership and change management skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional nursing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for perioperative service areas to ensure alignment with hospital goals.
• Develop strategies to improve patient care outcomes, efficiency, and workforce engagement.
• Partner with the Chief Nursing Officer and interdisciplinary leaders to drive nursing excellence and evidence‑based practice.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, patient‑centered care in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and departments to optimize patient flow and resource use.
• Monitor KPIs including quality, staffing, patient satisfaction, and budget performance.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for assigned departments.
• Mentor nurse managers and clinical leaders to foster accountability and growth.
• Promote staff engagement and transparent decision‑making with HR input.
