Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Program Coordinator (RN) in Perioperative to lead education, professional development, and clinical advancement for perioperative staff. You will serve as a clinical expert and partner with leadership to strengthen perioperative practices.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from CCNE or ACEN accredited program is required.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit is required.
• Experience in relevant care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support perioperative education and professional development.
• Develop, revise, educate, and implement perioperative policies and procedures.
• Lead literature reviews, program evaluations, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide consultation, guidance, and leadership on perioperative care projects across OSUWMC.
