Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care while maintaining safe, continuous patient support.
• Serve as scrub and/or circulating nurse, coordinating with the OR team to support surgical workflow.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Maintain strict sterile technique, prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment, and ensure readiness for procedures.
• Monitor patient safety and contribute to safe, high-quality perioperative care.
• Support effective team communication and adherence to established perioperative standards.
