Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area and Bachelor's degree in nursing.

• Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients and groups.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources and serves as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote change to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Enhances customer satisfaction and employee morale; supports professional nursing standards.
• Adapts care to patient population and respects privacy; communicates appropriately.
• Performs other related duties as required.
