Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS or TNCC per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients.
• Complete nursing assessments and document findings.
• Develop and evaluate patient plans of care.
• Coordinate discharge planning with care team.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly.
• Maintain on-site care; remote/hybrid options are not available.
