Join a collaborative surgical team in shaping education strategy for a growing network of ambulatory centers—especially in orthopedic and neurosurgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and customize the Periop 101 curriculum

• Design and implement training across OR, Pre-op, Post-op, and Surgical Tech teams

• Collaborate with vendors on new equipment training

• Serve as a resource, mentor, and clinical leader across both centers

• Review and align policies with current standards of care

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive salary based on experience

• Full-time, onsite role with flexible day shift (4x10s or 5x8s; early start Tuesdays)
