Job summary

Vail Health seeks a Supervisor of OR Materials Management to lead inventory control for perioperative supplies. You will analyze usage, manage par levels, and supervise a dedicated team ensuring accurate stock and timely supply delivery.

You will partner with the Supply Chain and clinical staff to improve processes, support cost-reduction initiatives, and implement standardized inventory practices across the department. A Bachelor's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a healthcare supply environment.
• Strong data-analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing perioperative inventories and supply flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supply inventories, monitor volumes, flow and sourcing.
• Lead and develop a team, set schedules and coach staff.
• Use reports to anticipate supply needs and address shortages.
• Coordinate deliveries, verify receipts and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for storage and delivery of supplies.
