The Nurse Manager Surgical Services will oversee a dynamic Surgical Services department encompassing Perioperative Services, Surgery, and the Operating Room. This comprehensive surgical platform delivers both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic procedures, including total knee, hip, and shoulder replacements as well as advanced spinal surgeries performed in a highly specialized setting. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will guide clinical operations across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of care, ensuring seamless patient throughput, optimal case flow, and adherence to best-practice protocols. With state-of-the-art surgical suites and a focus on precision-driven orthopedic interventions, the Nurse Manager Surgery will lead teams dedicated exclusively to musculoskeletal excellence.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Nurse Manager Surgical Services will provide operational, clinical, and strategic oversight for perioperative nursing teams while partnering closely with surgical physicians and anesthesia leadership. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will support charge nurses, surgical technologists, and circulating and scrub nurses through mentorship, staffing optimization, budgeting collaboration, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory readiness. This Nurse Manager Surgery will foster a supportive and inclusive culture where friendly, highly skilled nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary team work together to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate surgical care.
