Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Lead perioperative nurse to provide care for operating room patients using independent clinical judgment and evidence-based practice. You will deliver comprehensive perioperative care, collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care, while mentoring nursing staff to uphold patient safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

RN licensed perioperative nurse or operating room nurse with current licensure.
Ability to make independent clinical decisions in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
Strong communication and collaboration with patients, families, providers and care teams.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical quality improvement.
Leadership to mentor and develop nursing staff.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care to OR patients.
