Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS nursing or related clinical field required.
• 1+ year as super user or providing user support for health tech.
• 2+ years in a clinical role in a large healthcare setting.
• Epic certification within 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrative teams to design and implement workflows that support perioperative and procedural services.
• Observe workflows to identify enhancements for patient, provider and staff experience.
• Assist onboarding activities for new team members.
• Promote standardized workflows and best practices across teams.
• Support adoption of workflow changes and optimize clinical decision support and efficiency.
• Act as liaison between frontline clinical teams to ensure needs are addressed in technology initiatives.
• Provide training to clinical end-users and promote optimal use of information systems.
