AdventHealth in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a skilled Perioperative Registered Nurse to support operating room services across multiple specialties. You will assist with pre- and postoperative assessment, maintain sterile technique, and collaborate with surgeons and staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Required are an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN license, BLS, and English proficiency; CNOR/CRNFA preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Associate's degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required
• Experience in perioperative nursing and operating room procedures preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with surgeons and team

Responsibilities

• Assists with pre- and postoperative assessment of patients and updates cards as needed
• Performs specialized perioperative nursing care and prepares operating room setup
• Maintains sterile technique and promotes patient safety and privacy in the OR
