Responsibilities

• Advance perioperative nursing practice through innovative solutions and evidence-based care.
• Serve as a clinical expert in perioperative patient care within the surgical team.
• Assist with provision of surgical care compliant with facility, state and federal regulations.
• Integrate research into perioperative care via evidence-based practice.
• Develop and evaluate educational programs for perioperative patients, staff, and families.
