Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System is seeking a day shift, full-time Perioperative Clinical Educator Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. The Education Specialist coordinates and implements Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence to support high-quality patient care.

Minimum BSN and Oklahoma RN licensure with BLS and ACLS are required; MSN is preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, policy adherence, and collaboration with the education team for hospital-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

BSN required and current RN license in Oklahoma.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
ACLS certification is required.
MSN preferred for advanced educator role.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence.
Plan, organize and execute education/training programs identified through needs assessment and quality improvement.
Support operations through teamwork, customer service, quality assurance, and policy development.
Collaborate with the education team and facility leadership on hospital-wide education initiatives.
