Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center, part of Providence, is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct perioperative care across pre- and post-operative phases. Under the direction of the RN Manager ASC KC, you will use the nursing process to deliver comprehensive nursing care during the peri-operative period and coordinate care with the health care team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year of Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, primary perioperative nursing care across pre/post operative phases using the nursing process.
• Coordinate total patient care with health care team members and advocate for patients per Patients' Bill of Rights.
• Serve as liaison among physicians, staff, patients and families to ensure safe, efficient care flow.
