HireNow Staffing is seeking a perioperative anesthesia CRNA in Montgomery, PA. This full-time onsite role offers flexible shift options, strong earning potential, and opportunities across a broad range of procedures within a collaborative perioperative team.

You will administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, and contribute to quality improvement and documentation. PA licensure/eligibility and NBCRNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• NBCRNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient history and procedural requirements.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care within clinical privileges.
• Continuously monitor patients throughout procedures and respond to changing physiology.
• Safely manage airway interventions and anesthesia recovery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff.
• Provide post-anesthesia assessments and discharge recommendations.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Current Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure before employment.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
• National Board Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
• Ability to safely manage diverse anesthesia cases independently and within collaborative care models.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, or relocate independently before employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospital or surgical center anesthesia experience.
• Experience with regional anesthesia and ultrasound‑guided techniques.
• Comfortable managing a diverse surgical case mix.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (as applicable).
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.
• Stable employment history demonstrating continued professional growth.

• Compensation: $300,000–$400,000 annual earning potential (base compensation plus additional shift incentives)
