HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting Perioperative Anesthesia Outcomes Specialists (CRNAs) to join our client partner in Montgomery, Pennsylvania. You will provide safe anesthesia care before, during, and after surgical procedures, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification and Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• NBCRNA certification and recertification.
• Ability to independently manage anesthesia cases with teamwork.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Willingness to relocate or reside within commuting distance of Montgomery, PA.
• Authorized to work in the United States; U.S.-based applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage airway as needed.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to optimize outcomes.
• Provide post-anesthesia assessments and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement.
