Kansas Health System seeks a Periop & Procedural Business Informatics Analyst I to collaborate with perioperative teams, analyze workflows, and drive data-driven improvements that enhance clinician experience and patient outcomes.
The role collects, organizes, and analyzes perioperative data, develops reports, and partners with clinicians and IT to optimize information systems and ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

The Perioperative and Procedural Business Informatics Analyst I collaborates closely with perioperative and procedural teams, including surgeons, nurses, and administration, to analyze business workflows and requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies. Collects, organizes, and analyzes perioperative and procedural data and develops reports and insights to support decision-making and enhance the clinician experience and patient outcomes.
Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
