UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is hiring an OR support professional to assist in preparing operating rooms and perioperative areas, ensuring turnover after procedures and keeping supplies stocked. The role requires strong English communication, safety awareness, and teamwork in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a current BLS/HeartSaver certification.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Hiring Range: $20.00 - $31.92. Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
Schedule Details: Holidays - Every Third Holiday, Monday through Friday, Weekends - Every Third Weekend
