Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse for the Woodbridge, VA location. This full-time day-shift role supports general surgery and perioperative services with a PeriOp 101 program for skill enhancement.

Qualifications

• RN license (Compact/Multi-State) or Virginia single-state license required.
• RN degree at least Associate or higher; multiple RN credentials acceptable.
• PeriOp 101 program is available for experienced or new graduate nurses entering practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the OR for general surgery cases.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure patient safety.
• Support orientation and ongoing education through the PeriOp 101 program.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
