Smile Finders is a licensed referral service approved by The California State Board of Dental Examiners. We offer referrals for General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics (Braces), Periodontics (Gum Disease), Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), Oral Surgery (Dental Implants and Wisdom Teeth), and Pedodontics (Children's Dental Specialist).

Our dental affiliate operates many PREMIER dental facilities in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a growing company seeking qualified, team-oriented individuals to promote the importance of routine dental health care. With over 45 years of collective management experience, our offices are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography. We aim to attract and retain quality-oriented staff with excellent work ethic and communication skills, and pride ourselves on being ethical, consistent, and dedicated.

Offices are busy (majority PPO and some HMO) with the potential for associates to perform a considerable amount of production.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Exceed patients' expectations in customer service and quality of care
2. Ensure that each patient receives a comprehensive diagnosis
3. Work with Treatment Coordinators to present and gain patient acceptance of the ideal treatment plan
4. Perform dental services of the highest quality
5. Maintain patients' medical records

Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Endodontist with 3+ years' experience
2. Valid license in the State of California
3. Graduate from an accredited dental program
