Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
- Active Maryland dental license
- Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
- 2 or more years applicable professional clinical experience preferred
- Advanced Dental Education Program graduates with Specialty Residency in Periodontics required
Responsibilities
- Provide periodontal care with clinical autonomy.
- Join SDP supported team, reducing operational burdens.
- Maintain high-quality patient care and treatment planning.
