Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Maryland dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 2 or more years applicable professional clinical experience preferred
• Advanced Dental Education Program graduates with Specialty Residency in Periodontics required

Responsibilities

• Provide periodontal care with clinical autonomy.
• Join SDP supported team, reducing operational burdens.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and treatment planning.

Compensation Range: This wage range $125,000 – $300,000+ per year,reflects the expected annual income for this role, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.

This is an un-capped income potential opportunity.
