Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program.
• MSD or Certificate in Periodontics.
• Active Arkansas dental license in good standing or eligibility for licensure.
• No history of disciplinary actions against dental licensure.
• Strong knowledge of periodontal disease, surgical techniques, and implant dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive periodontal examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
• Diagnose and treat periodontal disease through surgical and nonsurgical procedures
• Perform periodontal surgeries, including soft tissue grafting, bone grafting, and regenerative procedures
• Evaluate patients for dental implant placement and perform implant-related surgical procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on periodontal health, treatment options, and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and follow-ups
• Uphold high clinical standards while fostering a positive patient experience

Salary

• Part-Time: $300,000-$500,000 annually
• Full-Time: $600,000-$700,000 annually
• Competitive production-based compensation, with average compensation of approximately 43% of production
• Earnings dependent on schedule, individual production, and patient volume
