Sage Dental in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to help patients understand and act on their treatment plans. You will work with the clinical team to present cases, explain insurance benefits, and remove barriers to care—ensuring every patient leaves with a clear next step.

The role offers a full-time schedule, with a focus on customer service, insurance education, and seamless case management using Dentrix.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance.
• Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred).
• Excellent communication and case-presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Educate patients on insurance benefits, financing options, and out-of-pocket costs.
• Enter accurate treatment plans into Dentrix and keep follow-up workflows tight.
• Provide excellent customer service to every patient and visitor.
• Partner with the clinical team to remove barriers to care.
