Job summary

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto is seeking a Sonographer to perform a range of obstetric ultrasound studies within the Perinatal Diagnostic Center. You will work under supervision with clinical oversight from senior staff, delivering high-quality prenatal assessments and Doppler studies.

The role requires ARDMS RDMS OB/GYN certification, 1 year OB ultrasound experience (MFM preferred), and strong patient care skills. Per diem daytime shifts, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in imaging.

Qualifications

• ARDMS RDMS OB/GYN certification required; RDMS/ARDMS recognized.
• 1 year obstetric ultrasound experience; MFM preferred; proficient in BPPs and Doppler.
• Fetal anatomy knowledge and high-risk pregnancy understanding; strong patient care and time management.
• Must be registered by ARDMS and obtain OB/GYN certification within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard, specialty and complex obstetric ultrasound examinations with minimal supervision.
• Produce quality studies and apply non-ionizing ultrasound for prenatal diagnosis.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
