• Minimum 10 years in perinatal services with 4+ years in progressive nursing leadership at director level in NICU or peri-natal services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for clinical operations in NICUs and peri-natal services.
• Oversee department budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Develop and implement programs, policies and procedures for peri-natal services.
• Evaluate service line leaders and direct reports; mentor and train staff.
• Coordinate care across departments to optimize patient outcomes and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
