GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care under general supervision. An Associate Degree in Nursing is required with a BSN preferred; a Bachelor’s degree must be completed within 3.5 years of the start date.

Current Maryland RN license and Healthcare Provider CPR are required. Experience is not necessary. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive nursing care, patient education, and discharge planning within GBMC facilities.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Registered Nurse.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification current, bi-annually.
• Education: Associate Degree required; BSN preferred; Bachelor's within 3.5 years of start date.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment and planning.
• Administers medications, IV therapy and treatments; initiates emergency procedures as needed.
• Coordinates patient care with health-team members and documents in the medical record.
