Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (Per Diem – Rotating Shifts) for remote Evanston, IL. The role involves responding to hotline calls, assessing risk, and formulating intervention plans to support women and families at risk for perinatal mood disorders.

Qualifications include a Masters or Doctorate in Mental Health, licensure such as LCSW/LSW, LCPC/LPC, or LCP, and 3 years of mental health experience. On-call shifts and holiday coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Mental Health Services.
• Licensed clinical professional (IDFPR) such as LCSW/LSW, LCPC/LPC, or LCP.
• APNCS certification (IDFPR).
• Minimum 3 years mental health experience.
• Strong interview skills and ability to handle distressed callers.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support via hotline.
• Assess caller's mental state and risks.
• Develop joint intervention plans and refer resources.
• Document all calls and complete assessments within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with program director on complex cases.
• Knowledge of Perinatal Depression Program policies.
