Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years related nursing experience AND one (1) year of leadership experience in the specialty.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California; BLS, ACLS; NRP within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Family Birth Center through transformation while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
