Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or 5+ years of related experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID required.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, personnel, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations with a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Conduct routine and random patrols of the facility and surrounding perimeter; adapt to client site conditions.
• Accurately complete and submit required documentation (Daily Activity Reports, incident reports, logbooks).
• Adhere to post orders and report safety hazards or incidents to supervision in writing and verbally.
• Monitor access points and log visitors, vendors, contractors, and deliveries per protocols.
