A valid driver’s license is required; prior security experience is preferred for success in this role. This full-time position emphasizes customer service, safety, and reliable teamwork within a dynamic community environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and notify relevant personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the residential community to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and information as needed.
• Document observations and incidents in clear reports and share with site leadership.
