Peri/menopause Mental Health Coach

Here's your chance to be a vital part of FamilyWell's mission to enhance access to high-quality, equitable, and affordable mental health services for peri/menopausal individuals (interested candidates can be located in any of the 50 US states).
Background:
FamilyWell is proud to be the first behavioral health start-up to implement a perinatal collaborative care model that embeds a wrap-around mental health program directly into OB/GYN practices for pregnant and postpartum individuals. In 2025, we are expanding into a new vertical to support patients during the perimenopausal and menopausal transition. We’re looking for a motivated coach or someone interested in becoming a coach to provide comprehensive peri/menopausal support for patients at our first trial OB/GYN clinic in Illinois (coaches can be located anywhere in the U.S.). This inaugural team will help us better understand the unique mental health challenges faced during this life stage and determine the best ways to support our patients.
As part of the training for this role, we offer a specialized certification program for non-medical professionals, equipping them with evidence-based strategies to support individuals through the perimenopausal and menopausal transition. This training includes mental health coaching for mood and anxiety disorders, vasomotor symptoms, sexual concerns, sleep disorders, and healthy lifestyle support in addition to the following focus areas:
