Job summary

Nysonian seeks a Video Editor to create high-performing paid social video ads across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll turn raw footage into compelling ads focused on performance and scale spend.

You will edit across social assets, craft hooks, integrate motion graphics, captions, and adapt long-form content into short-form formats, collaborating with designers and strategists to hit campaign goals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of video editing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media and paid ads.
• Craft compelling narratives with hooks, pacing, and platform storytelling.
• Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished deliverables.
• Integrate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design.
• Convert long-form content into short-form formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align with campaigns.
