Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Performance Testing Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale validation across applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.

You will develop testing frameworks, lead load, stress, and capacity testing, and integrate testing into CI/CD while driving performance optimization. Qualifications

• Experience in Performance Testing/Engineering with Apache JMeter and enterprise-scale validation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics).

Responsibilities

• Design and lead performance testing strategy, frameworks, standards, and best practices across apps, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, volume, and capacity testing to ensure reliability and performance.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous monitoring and optimization.
• Analyze application, database, infrastructure, and network performance to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Work with cloud platforms and container tech and utilize observability tools to diagnose issues.
• Apply knowledge of performance engineering, capacity planning, SRE, root cause analysis, and tuning in distributed environments.
