Northern New Mexico Integrated Security, a Constellis subsidiary, seeks a Performance Tester to plan, coordinate and conduct performance tests for LANL safety and security programs. You will perform performance assurance activities, evaluate test plans, and ensure safety and compliance with ISM/ISSM frameworks.

The role requires onsite work in Los Alamos, active DOE Q clearance, and strong analytical, communication and software skills, with training and protective force experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Work is onsite; no remote work.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DOE Protective Force Operations or related military/law enforcement experience.
• Active DOE Q level clearance or ability to obtain; US citizenship required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid NM driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Conduct performance tests per LANL and N2MIS guidelines and test plans.
• Evaluate site plans for threat coverage and recommend changes.
• Assess training and supervision quality for protective forces; suggest improvements.
• Ensure PPE and safety plan compliance; support Force-on-Force briefings and coordination.
• Assist in developing exercise scenarios and safety plans.
• Update test plans, procedures, and manuals to align with laws and policies.
• Ensure work aligns with ISM and ISSM core functions.
