Qualifications

• Experience using performance test tools (HP Load Runner, IBM Rational Performance Tester, Load Impact).
• Ability to use load tools to monitor and gather application performance.
• Knowledge of performance bottlenecks and end-to-end performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Supports Test Lead with stakeholder management and status reporting.
• Establishes performance benchmarks and creates test artifacts.
• Analyzes performance test data and identifies bottlenecks.
