• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance tuning.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to resolve performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and test environments.

Your skills and experience

• 3-6 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance test scripting and execution.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring and analysis tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana, AppDynamics).
• Experience in analyzing performance test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, web services, API performance testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) for test automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, Shell) for performance test automation.
• Experience with database performance testing and SQL query optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salaryrange for the tagged location is $76,200 - $178,290.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
