Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks a Licensed Psychologist to provide cognitive performance, resilience, behavioral health consultation, and performance optimization support to Special Tactics personnel.

Responsibilities include assessments, coaching, stress management, documentation, and contributing to program metrics in a high-stakes environment. Travel may be required for training and mission support.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Current unrestricted Psychologist license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Occasional travel may be required to support military training events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments.
• Deliver performance psychology and resilience training.
• Provide cognitive performance coaching.
• Support stress management and recovery.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case management.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation.
• Assist with program reporting and performance metrics.
