Job summary

Lange Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy in North Hollywood, CA is seeking a Performance Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role. You will conduct 55-minute 1:1 sessions, assess patient conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans to optimize recovery and performance.

Join a cash-based, out-of-network clinic focused on active, performance-driven clients. Expect collaboration with other professionals, ongoing professional growth, and up to 32 visits per week.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) with an active, unrestricted California PT license.
• High-level manual therapy skills with a strong clinical foundation.
• Design and implement strength & conditioning programming.
• Thorough understanding of exercise progression and periodization principles.
• Strong critical thinking skills applied to both treatment and performance training.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable and motivated to thrive in a cash-based, out-of-network practice model.
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to work in a team-based environment.
• Openness to mentorship and commitment to continued professional growth.
• Appreciation for building relationships with other providers and referring partners in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Guide home care exercises and patient education.
