Job summary

Next Level Sports Performance & Therapy is seeking a Performance Physical Therapist to conduct full evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions with athletes and active adults. Each patient starts with a diagnostic evaluation, followed by a clear plan and a return-to-sport program tailored to their sport and goals.

You will use manual therapy, dry needling, and strength/conditioning to build sport-specific programs, ensuring individualized care and real progress in a supportive,

Qualifications

• DPT and Oklahoma licensure or eligibility.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• SCS certification is a plus, not required.
• Dry needling certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strength and conditioning background (CSCS a strong plus).
• Experience working with athletic populations in an outcomes-focused model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions with athletes.
• Develop criterion-based return-to-sport programs.
• Incorporate manual therapy, dry needling, and strength/conditioning tailored to sport.
• Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their recovery.
• Maintain a patient-centered, hour-long, non-rushed treatment approach.
