Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional design or related industry experience preferred.
• Entry level technical knowledge of apparel construction.
• Ability to relocate to or current residence in or within commuting distance to Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing seasonal collections for Outdoor Performance Apparel.
• Support weekly Design Flow Meetings and manage follow-ups.
• Assist in completing technical sketches and development packages.
• Prepare development packages for follow-up communication.
