URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Apparel Graphic Designer to support the FP Movement brand in creating graphics for activewear and lifestyle categories. You will assist in trend research, CADs, tech packs, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-brand, print-ready artwork.

Ideal candidates bring a fresh perspective, strong typography/layout skills, and a passion for wellness/activewear, with 0–2 years of related experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 0–2 years of graphic design or apparel graphics experience (internships welcome).
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Procreate or AI creative platforms is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Artwork Creation: Design original graphic artwork, placement prints, patterns, and typography for performance and lifestyle apparel.
• Trend & Concept Research: Research trends in activewear, wellness, graphics, and color; build mood boards for seasonal pitches.
• CADs & Tech Packs: Create CADs with accurate scale and print placements; build clear tech packs for vendors.
• Color & Strike-offs: Provide colorway options and review strike-offs, lab dips, and fabric submits to ensure accurate artwork.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with designers, technical design, product development, and merchandising to stay on-brand and cost-effective.
• Organization: Maintain organized digital files with clear naming conventions and track samples and progress.
