Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is hiring a Performance Operations Analyst on a contract basis in a hybrid role (on-site 3 days a week). The analyst will support daily performance measurement, reporting, and data quality across portfolios and benchmarks, while collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate, timely information.

The role requires 2-5 years in investment performance or related areas, solid knowledge of investment products, and proficiency with Excel

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in investment performance, performance reporting, fund accounting, or investment operations.
• Experience in investment management or asset management.
• Knowledge of portfolio performance measurement concepts and benchmark return calculations.
• Understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with performance and analytics platforms such as Aladdin, FactSet, B-One, StatPro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional maturity, and sound business judgment.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and escalated issues as appropriate.
• Strong client service focus and ability to build relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support daily performance measurement, validation, and reporting activities for portfolios and benchmarks.
• Perform quality control reviews and investigate performance, benchmark, and data exceptions.
• Assist with benchmark setup, maintenance, and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve operational issues impacting performance reporting.
• Support regulatory, board, client, and management reporting requirements.
• Analyze data and identify trends, outliers, and discrepancies requiring investigation and resolution.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for business partners and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and maintaining operational controls, procedures, and audit support documentation.
• Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives utilizing Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, AI-enabled tools, and other technologies.
• Work with global team members to enhance procedures, improve efficiencies, and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Familiarity with GIPS standards is a plus.
• Exposure to Python, Power BI, Alteryx, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
• Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments are strongly preferred.
