Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist who can own the full campaign lifecycle: from ad account builds and creative briefing to data analysis and weekly client calls. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats — especially paid media execution, creative direction, copywriting, and light project management.

This is a high-ownership role on a small team, with direct access to leadership and room to grow.

Responsibilities
  1. Run and optimize Meta and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, FB/IG)
  2. Write direct-response copy for ads and landing pages
  3. Create creative briefs for static and video assets (UGC, interview, demo)
  4. Analyze performance and translate data into action
  5. Own weekly client communication and recommendations
  6. Track tasks via ClickUp, update team and clients via Slack
  7. Help improve playbooks, templates, and internal systems
Qualifications
  1. 2–4 years hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or startup preferred)
  2. Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  3. Strong short-form copywriting instincts
  4. Comfort working directly with clients on strategy and reporting
  5. Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Looker Studio, GTM, and Supermetrics
  6. Self-starter with great follow-through and accountability
