A leading SaaS marketing agency is seeking a performance marketing strategist to drive strategy and client growth. The ideal candidate has 3-4+ years in digital marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS, and excels in data-driven decision making. This fully remote position offers flexibility, 28 days of PTO, and opportunities for continuous learning and development.

Hey Digital is and will always be a remote-first company. As long as you have an internet connection, you're able to work from whatever environment that best suits you, wherever in the world!
We have 4 core working hours (US: 10am - 2pm GMT -3) (EU: 11am - 3pm GMT +3). Outside of this, all our team members have the flexibility to set their own hours!
We believe that breaks/holidays are vital to you being your best self, so we have got you covered with 28 days of PTO, 15 paid national holidays (wherever you live), and your birthday off every year!
To supplement that, we've also built comprehensive policies for parental leave, bereavement leave, and compassionate leave.
After 3 months of joining our team, you'll be able to request up to €1,000 for improving your home office.
