Job Description

Join our team on a mission to drive sustainable growth as a Performance Marketing Specialist (also known as Campaign Manager, Media Buyer, PPC Specialist). You will be responsible for developing and implementing Paid Search, Shopping, and Paid Social advertising strategies for Ecommerce companies.

Please note: applicants must reside in the Midwestern United States. This position is available at 100% capacity or 50%-75% capacity for working parents.

Typical projects include:

  • Strategy: Develop campaign strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Execution: Optimize Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Reporting/Insights: Prepare campaign reports, insights, presentations, and answer performance-related questions.
  • Training: Dedicate 5-10% of your time to improving PPC knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Experience in PPC/Google Ads: Minimum 3 years in a digital agency setting; Facebook Ads experience is a plus.
