Job Description Summary:

The Performance Marketing, Senior Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid digital acquisition programs designed to generate qualified investor leads and drive measurable pipeline growth for Focus Partners. This role will manage paid search and paid social campaigns, partner with agency resources where applicable, and continuously optimize campaign performance through testing, analytics, and funnel improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong paid media expertise with a deep understanding of lead generation funnels for high‑consideration services. This is a remote role.

This position is an exempt position.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $140,000–$150,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
