Experience
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
- Experience managing paid media for eCommerce brands.
- Strong Google Ads experience, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
- Experience managing Meta campaigns and understanding modern paid social best practices.
- Experience managing accounts with significant monthly ad spend ($100k+/month preferred).
- Experience working across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience managing Google Merchant Center and working with product feeds.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, budget allocation, audience strategy, and performance optimization across channels.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
- Experience communicating insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

The Role
You will play a central role in the management and growth of our client accounts. We’re looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to help drive growth across our client portfolio. This role combines media buying, performance strategy, reporting, client support, and operational excellence. You’ll be expected to own outcomes, not just tasks. You’ll work closely with agency leadership to plan, execute, optimize, and report on performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role spans campaign management, strategy, reporting, performance analysis, and client support. Success requires the ability to think beyond any single platform and understand how paid media, creative, measurement, and conversion work together to drive growth. This is a high‑impact role with meaningful ownership and direct influence on client results.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms as needed.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and paid social campaigns.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple client accounts.
- Develop and execute testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, campaign structures, and landing pages.
- Monitor performance daily and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Strategy & Performance
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Understand how channels, creative, and measurement work together to drive business outcomes.
- Contribute to account strategy and planning.
- Form recommendations backed by data, experience, and business context.
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
Merchant Center & Feed Management
- Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center accounts.
- Monitor diagnostics, disapprovals, and feed health.
- Collaborate with feed management partners when needed.
- Support product segmentation and feed strategies aligned to business goals.
- Ensure feeds are structured to support campaign performance and reporting needs.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates.
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks proactively.
- Help clients and internal teams understand what is happening and why.
- Support forecasting, planning, and performance reviews.
Measurement & Operations
- Support tracking, attribution, and reporting initiatives.
- Validate conversion tracking and data quality.
- Maintain a high level of account organization and operational excellence.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and quality standards are maintained.
- Help identify and troubleshoot measurement issues when they arise.
Client Support
- Participate in client calls and strategic discussions.
- Communicate recommendations and performance insights clearly.
- Build trust through consistency, reliability, and thoughtful communication.
- Act as a trusted extension of our clients’ teams.
