Role:

We're looking for a freelance/contract performance marketing manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms to drive and conversions.

This candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Facebook Ads manager and running TikTok/LinkedIn ads, optimizing towards ROAS. Ideal prior focus in the B2B space. This role has the opportunity to expand into full time employment based on performance and personal goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in data-driven marketing, performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing & executing META ad campaigns (LinkedIn and TikTok is a plus)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research, competitive analysis, and keyword research to inform campaign targeting and content.
  • Create compelling ad copy and work with design teams to develop engaging visual assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of spend.
  • A/B test various ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience around paid social media campaigns
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Expert-level proficiency with major social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing funnels and optimization.
